Overall purpose
We are looking for a strong HR Systems assistant who has good understanding of HR processes and is interested in HR systems. This is an exciting time to the Regent Group with significant growth plans.
The postholder will assist the HR Systems team with the global rollout of the HR system (iTrent HR) across the different entities of Regent Group, including the maintenance and continuous development of the HRIS.
The postholder will assist with providing comprehensive support and system administration, whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service to users across the organisation.

The postholder will assist the HR Systems team with the global rollout of the HR system (iTrent HR) across the different entities of Regent Group, including the maintenance and continuous development of the HRIS.
The postholder will assist with providing comprehensive support and system administration, whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service to users across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain data within the HR system, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance through regular checks and reconciliations.
- To assist with the administration and maintenance of the iTrent HR system, including system security, function and data access and user profiles.
- To assist with the inputting of new starters onto iTrent, including managing employee data on the system and making an employee a leaver on iTrent.
- To assist with updating iTrent with changes to reporting lines and organisational structures.
- To assist with producing standard iTrent reports as required for the HR and Finance teams.
- To assist with answering, investigating, and resolving systems related queries, issues, and errors.
- To assist with HRIS project work.
- To carry out any other duties commensurate with the general level and scope of the post as may be required by your line manager.
- To undertake appropriate learning and development as identified through regular appraisals and reviews.
Essential Requirements:
- Good understanding of HR process, and experience of working with a HR software system.
- Ability to work in a pressurised and fast-paced environment, dealing with a range of tasks simultaneously, including a high volume of data entry.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an excellent team player.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience of using a reporting tool.
